Communications Intern - Democracy NC

May 2022 - July 2022

• Develop strategy for youth messaging and engagement with Democracy NC social channels.

• Write copy and strategy in different voices, centering social justice and equity in messaging about elections.

• Assist the Communications department as needed.

National Organizer - March For Our Lives

March 2022 - Present

• Support the National Distributed Organizer in strategizing tactics and implementation of various digital organizing plans.

• Train and support a cohort of movement organizers and volunteers through weekly meetings.

• Develop organizing plans in conjunction with the National Coordinator for organizing the movement around national policy priorities.

Regional Technologist - March For Our Lives

May 2021 - March 2022

• Manage technology and data-related requests for organizers all around the country.

• Create email and text copy for chapters’ digital ventures and campaigns.

• Assist the Regional Organizing Director in executing precise and effective public campaigns in support of common-sense gun legislation.

Vice-Chair - UNC Board of Elections

August 2021 - February 2022

• Ensure that student government elections are accessible to all students.

• Review campaigns, and verify that campaigns are in compliance with student codes and general statutes as it pertains to student government elections.

• Settle disputes and claims of student code violations as it applies to student government elections
